摘要:針對高速公路上爆胎事故頻繁發生的現象,設計了基于LabVIEW虛擬儀器的輪胎壓力監測系統,對系統的數據采集、保存、讀取以及測量數據的融合和行車速度安全分析等設計進行了詳細的說明。實驗結果表明,該系統能夠達到對輪胎溫度和壓力的準確測量,當胎壓過高或過低及溫度過高時自動報警,并能夠對行車速度進行正確的安全分析,以提醒駕駛員用最適當的車速行使,研究表明,該系統對防止汽車爆胎的發生有著實際應用價值。

Design and realization of the tire pressure monitor system

Abstract: To the phenomenon frequently happening in tire burst accident on the expressway, this has introduced the TPMS based on LabVIEW Virtual Instrument and explained the design of data selection, conservation, reading-out, test data fusion and driving speed safety analysis of the system in detail. The system can provide exact measurement of tire temperature and pressure. When the tire pressure is too high or too low or the temperature is too high, it can automatically alarm and give correct driving speed from safety analysis to prevent tire burst accident.
