  • 滾動軸承試驗機遠程監測系統的設計與應用

    摘  要:利用虛擬儀器、數據庫和無線網絡技術設計開發基于C/S與B/S混合結構的滾動軸承遠程監測系統,整個系統由下位機實時監測子系統、上位機監測診斷子系統以及兩者的數據通信3部分組成,能夠滿足實時數據的獲取與處理(尤其是大型二進制數據的存儲問題)、異常數據的篩選與上傳以及遠程用戶的信號分析和故障診斷等工作。對6309深溝球軸承的全壽命周期試驗結果表明:該系統能夠實時監測軸承的運行狀態,并通過對篩選后的異常數據進一步分析得到故障原因和故障部位,具有較高的實用價值。

    Design and application of remote monitoring system of rolling bearing tester

    Abstract: A remote monitoring system of rolling bearing using the virtual instrument, database and wireless network technology was developed which has a composite structure based on C/S and B/S structure .The system consists of three parts: data acquisition-side, monitoring and diagnosis-side, and data communication. It can realize the real-time data acquisition and processing, the abnormal data screening and uploading as well as signal analysis and fault diagnosis by the remote users. The life-cycle test of deep groove ball bearing-6309 shows that the system can implement the real-time monitoring of the test bearing and find out the fault's cause and position through further analysis of abnormal data. This system is of pratical value.
