摘 要：為應(yīng)對(duì)歐盟RoHS指令以及保證我國(guó)的相關(guān)管理辦法順利實(shí)施，中國(guó)計(jì)量科學(xué)研究院承擔(dān)了建立我國(guó)相關(guān)化學(xué)計(jì)量溯源體系的任務(wù)。該項(xiàng)工作包括三個(gè)重點(diǎn)：基標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法研究和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)研制；開(kāi)展國(guó)際比對(duì)、國(guó)際合作以形成國(guó)際互認(rèn)；能力驗(yàn)證的實(shí)施，基標(biāo)準(zhǔn)資源共享及知識(shí)傳播。通過(guò)本工作，使國(guó)際貿(mào)易中測(cè)量的結(jié)果具有了可比性，提高了我國(guó)RoHS檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室整體檢測(cè)水平。

Establishment of national chemical metrology traceability system for RoHS directive

Abstract： According with EU Directive 2002/95/EC Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS Directive) and same national regulation of China, National Institute of Metrology（NIM） has a program for correlative national chemical metrology traceability system establishment in this field. Three important parts were included in this werk：primary measurement method researches and some certified reference material developments； international cooperation and comparisons for MRA；national proficiency tests, standards resource and knowledge sharing. With the successful achievements of this work, the measurement results in the international trade get comparable and the measurement levels of whole testing laboratories in China would be improved.
